    Connect Broadband Rewards is an exclusive reward program initiated by Connect Broadband for their customers to award them with Reward Points for different activities and then redeeming the same for a wide range of products/services.

    All the Connect Broadband Retail Customers are eligible for the Program.

  • How do I become a member?

    As Connect Broadband customer, you are automatically enrolled as a member of the reward program. All you need to do is Register on www.connectzone.in

  • How do I earn points?

    From activation of VAS services to paying your Bill online, you earn reward points for variety of transactions. Click here to know more.

  • How do I redeem points?

    You can redeem points by:

    • • Log in to Connect Broadband website.
    • • Click on Home > My Account.
    • • Enter your Login Id and password.
    • • Click Enter
    • • Click on My Rewards > Redeem Points

  • What are the minimum Points I need to start redeeming?

    You need minimum 200 reward points to start redeeming your rewards.

  • How can I check my reward points status?

    You can check your Reward Points by logging in to Connect Broadband Self Care Click on My Rewards > reward Details.

  • When will the points reflect in My Rewards account?

    The points earned on a transaction will reflect on as:

    Yes, Reward points will expire after a period of 12 months from date of accumulation.

  • How can I view my reward points summary?

    After logging into account on Connect broadband site, Click on My Rewards>Reward details>Summary view.

  • Can I edit my profile Picture? How can I edit it?

    Sure you can do so online. To edit your profile picture, Log in to your account, Click on the Edit button in the Left upper Corner. Click on Choose file >Save image.

  • I've forgotten my password, what do I do?

    Click on Home>forgot password. Enter your Mobile No. to receive One Time Password. Enter that OTP and reset your Password.

  • How do I change my password?

    Log in to your account and Click on ”Change password’ button. You can change your password then. Keep your old password in hand at that time.
